Our network of exceptional providers and care managers is vital for anyone managing a diagnosis of an intellectual and/or developmental disability. STC provides comprehensive care management by referring and connecting our members to appropriate healthcare providers, social programs, and community-based organizations, including support and faith-based groups by request.
